Temple tree resort and spa is located at the centre of the Lakeside in an area called Gaurighat. It is about 3 km far from the Pokhara airport and is about 10 minutes walk from the Phewa lake. The resort offers the full view of the peaceful Phewa lake as well as the Himalayas. It is just a quick walk from the fine restaurants, handicrafts, bikes and boat rental stores, convenience stores, trekking equipment shop and major banking facilities.

Designing of Temple Tree Resort and Spa

Temple tree resort and spa has two storey individual cottages. The cottages are built in the Nepali Western  style houses. They are made up of hand cut stone and feature beautiful and hand crafted timber struts and pillars. Each room has the private balcony from where the guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the Annapurna range. The hotel has the beautiful garden with  the giant ancient tree formed from three interlocking trunks. This tree of the hotel is believed to be planted by the local deities. They offer flowers and perfume to the tree till this day. The cottages are nicely arranged around a large swimming pool. The resort has about 68 rooms all equipped with the top class facility.

About Room

The rooms of the resort are classified as the deluxe, super deluxe, temple tree suite, and  junior suite. All the rooms are equipped and furnished  with the air-conditioning, LED television, wireless internet, coffee maker, separate sitting space, a closet, private balcony and a luxury en-suite bathroom.

• Deluxe room: There are about 46 deluxe rooms with a private veranda. It is about 25 square meter in space.
• Super deluxe room: Resort has the 18 super deluxe rooms with a private veranda and a space of 30 square meter.
• Junior suite: The 2 junior suites of the resort are equipped with the twin bed and one extra bed. It also has an ample living room with sofas. The bar style kitchen is also available which leads to the generous private balcony.
• Temple tree suite: Hotel has 2 exclusive temple tree suites equipped with one double bedroom and en suite bathroom. This room has a spacious living room, kitchenette plus a further bathroom.

• The Island Bar: Island bar is the only bar of the resort which is between the swimming pool and The Bay Leaf Restaurant. The resort has its own large swimming pool in which the guests can beat the summer heat and enjoy in the cool and refreshing pool water. It has a spa which uses traditional Asian  medicine to balance the 5 elements present both in our body and in the environment. The spa of the resort offers baths, saunas, mudpacks, massages and scrubs to reinvigorate the body and mind. It uses the traditional perfumed oils, spices and essences of flowers and shrubs that are found only in the Himalayas.

The treatment in the spa relaxes your tired mind, body and soul. The resort also has two conference rooms in which the business meetings, seminars and events are held. The main conference room has the capacity of 150 people and the other has capacity of 50 people. The conference is well equipped with the air conditioning, latest audio-video equipment, stage and bathrooms. Resort also provides the free airport shuttle service to the guests arriving from the Pokhara airport.
