The design of the resort is the combination of western modern style with the Tharu style thatched home.  It has outdoor living space from  where guests can enjoy the evening breeze in front of the hotel pool. There are 37 well equipped and furnished deluxe rooms. They have a private water garden courtyard. There are 2 family rooms that have been inspired by and dedicated to the old Kasara Palace that once stood in the area.  They are two storied private residential areas with ample space and rooms.
