The Pullhari gumba building was finish in feburary 1992 and was honored by the third Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche. On April 26, 1992, the third Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche broke up his brain in parinirvana. Anyway he had deserted his directions and wishes to his committed priests and educates alongside the abundance of his inheritance.
