The building of the resort is the Three storeys building coloured in the bright pastel colour. Each room of the resort has a private balcony. There are also small cottages like buildings within the territory of the swimming pool. The rooms are also coloured in the bright colour with all the facilities and services. The three storied sunrise block offers more spacious super deluxe with the private balconies. 3, Exotica Premium:

The double storied exotica block is adjacent to the infinity deep pool with the front balcony on the ground floor directly attached to the pool.
