The resort is located 12 km east from the busy and crowded Pokhara city. It is situated on the southern bank of the lake with every hotel room affording the spectacular views of the mountain ranges, hills, landscapes and the calm Begnas lake. The resort is built in the local Gurung style with the beautiful terrace for lending the views of the beautiful scenery. There are a number of Gurung style cottages. The cottages are a stone cottage built in the local Gurung style architecture on paddy terraces with sloping slate roofs. All the rooms have an attached veranda for outdoor sitting. The cottages are built on high stone blocks in local rustic mud accessible by wooden stairs. There are a total of 14 independent cottages with the well equipped rooms.
