There are scarcely any trekkable places on earth where you can spot 8,000 meter tops. Sandakphu, the most elevated point sitting on the outskirt of two nations, is one of them. Sandakphu is the most elevated pinnacle, both in the province of West Bengal and Mechi in Nepal. What’s more, in light of it’s remarkable land position and tallness, Sandakphu offers fantastic perspectives on the world’s tallest pinnacles.

Remaining at the Sandakphu top, to your left side, you see the Everest bunch. There is Lhotse and Makalu, the fourth and fifth most elevated tops on the planet, attempting to exceed the world’s tallest pinnacle. At that point, there is Everest, easily overshadowing everything.

To your right side, is the world’s third most elevated pinnacle, Kanchenjunga, remaining with it’s group of pinnacles. This group of pinnacles is broadly called The Resting Buddha, on account of its appearance. Mt. Kumbhakarna structures the head and face of Buddha, while Kanchenjunga frames the chest area. Different pinnacles that make up The Resting Buddha are Kokthang, Rathong, Frey, Kabru South, Kabru North, Simvo, Mt. Pandim, Tenzingkhang, Jubanu, Narsing.

While the Everest bunch may be seen on Sandakphu and a little past, the perspective on the Resting Buddha remains for good 4 days in the trek!. Not very many spots on the planet can give you perspectives on eight thousander pinnacles this way. Considerably less of them would be available by means of a moderate trek.

Only for these perspectives, Sandakphu is a trek for the ages.
