KIST Hospital

Kist hospital is one of the hospital which have been providing quality care and treatment to the people since its establishment. It is located in Gwarko city of Lalitpur. The main aim of the hospital is to combine the finest medical minds and advance technology to provide holistic treatment within a multidisciplinary framework. The motto of the hospital is ‘Find home in hospital’. Hospital works with the mission to provide quality compassionate health care to everyone who comes to the hospital, regardless of their ability to pay. It has an abundance number of doctors and health personnel who have been providing quality treatment and care to the patients. The hospital was established in 2006 AD. It is a teaching hospital associated with Tribhuvan University.

Kist hospital has been providing treatment to the majority of people from Lalitpur, Kathmandu and Bhaktapur district. The hospital has 550 beds and is the training center for the different medical students. It has also treated the patients from many remote villages of Nepal. The hospital aspires to be the preferred learning destinations for students and faculties of health professions education. It wants to establish a robust research infrastructure for those who want to make tangible differences in the medical field of Nepal.
